So, I created a unique guide to habit change. It transcends and flips the “normal” approach to habit change. And I’ve seen it work time and time again – also in my own life.

Each module focusing on an area of habit change you need to work – and I do mean WORK – through in order to become a Habit MASTER.

Who am I?
My name is Kristine. I am a certified stress, time and life management coach with degrees in Danish and Psychology.
I have had my own business – Back to Basics – for 2 years now. I am 34 and a single-mom to two boys; my heart and soul. I love journaling, reading, creating and movie nights.
I have been working on a new approach to habit change for 2 years now. I began the (re)search for my own sake. But when I saw that many of my clients struggled like I used to, I began to share my findings – acting like a habit change mentor. Now I am sharing my approach with you.
